PhotoIf a local authority expects to pay a housing association more than £144,000 for the services over the lifetime of a Management Agreement (or more than £3,000 per month (on average) if the Agreement is to last for more than 4 years) the Procurement Regulations will apply. This is because “property management services” fall squarely within the type of services that are subject to the Regulations.
